Tariff

All our prices mentioned below are ALL inclusive (AC accommodation, All Meals which are Pure Veg & all facilities w/o any extra charges etc).
Basic Driver accommodation (Non AC and w/o TV or any other facilities) with all Veg meals ₹ 1,200 per Driver per Night.
Please enquire for special Tariff during Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc.

These rates are inclusive of all above described meals. However if you do not consume any of the meal’s, charges will remain the same.

• Full payment in advance while booking.
• Separate special group arrangements @ Rs. 2,200/- (Non A/C) and @ Rs. 2,500/- (AC) per person, per night, inclusive of all meals.
• Only Pure Veg. meals are served. We also serve authentic Jain food on request.
• Above rates include Usage of all the available recreational facilities (games / swimming pool) in the resort.
• Laundry and all extra other than that included in the package will be charged extras at actual.
• Swimming Pool allowed only with proper costumes as per resort policy.
• The resort will not be responsible for any kind of loss or damage to your personal belongings.
• Tariff may change without any prior notice.
• All rules & regulations of the resort will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation if any, should be communicated in writing. No verbal communication will be entertained. The same is to be communicated to – sales@nirmalcottages.com
• Any cancellation before 14 days of check in – No cancellation charge, deposits to be utilised within 3 months. However the same do not apply for major Holidays like e.g. Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Holi or long week ends (Public Holiday either on Friday or Monday.)
• Any cancellation within 7 days of check in (e.g. 6 days or 4 days) – 50% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
• Any cancellation within 3 days of check in (e.g. 24 hrs or 48 hrs or 72 hrs) – 100% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
