Kolaba Fort Dist: 13 Kms

This fort is situated little inside the sea on an island. Fort offers great view of the sea and land. Once upon a time it had many more structures, temples, treasures, horse stables & gardens. If its low tide, you can walk all the way to the fort or even horse carts are available for the same. During high tide, fort is only accessible through boats which can be hired on the beach. Fort closes at 06.30 pm. You can spend from 1 to 1.5 hours in the Fort. Do visit if you like historic places.
